Well, it sucks being sick, but there are a few benefits, as in i got to read a lot between yesterday and today. plus the fact that i found a series that i have not read in ages, and therefore got very deep into the books

So it has been 2 days since I have last updated, and there has been a fair amount of reading in those 2 days. Finished Blood Rites by Jim Butcher, so there is 198 pages more. It was a great book, and I highly recommend it to anyone that likes any type of fantasy novels.

Day 2

Well this is the second official day of the bet, and due to work, I have been unable to read very much. So from late night last night. So total read today is 9 for class, and 103 for pleasure... yeah, I know, I should focus on class more, but oh well.

Current Class count is : meh, ill tally it up later.

Yet another Bet... and hopefully I will win this one.

So me and my girlfriend Mary decided to start yet another bet. We are both History Majors, and are both inundated with books that we have to and want to read. So we decided to have a bet. We would see who had red the most by the end of the semester. From January 1, 2011 to May 13, 2011. We are going to keep track of how many pages we read a day, and post them on here every night. There will be two different categories, class and pleasure, but the bet is on the total number of pages combined.

So far, I have gotten several of the new Dresden Files books, along with another by one of my favorite authors W.E.B Griffin. So in the pleasure category as of 10:07 pm on 1/21/2011, I have read 2,938 pages.

Though I seem to be slacking a bit in the class category at the moment, only 147 pages.

So the grand total as of 10:10 pm on 1/21/2011 is 3085 pages.
